Omnisio is a free web-based video editor that lets you import videos from YouTube, Google Video, and blip.tv, with support for more sites coming soon. You can also take sections of those videos and stick them to create a new one. This tool has been well-made and is easy enough. You don’t need any video or graphic software other than a updated browser with Flash support.
The funny innovation of Omnisio is a new commenting system that places comments within videos as popup bubbles.
One of the best feature of the site is that you don’t have to create an account to use it. Even if Omnisio recommends you create one to come back and edit your videos later, if you just want to make a quick and dirty mash-up to use once, Omnisio is for you.
